Los Angeles is known as a cosmic breeding ground for musicians. Do they reproduce on a human level? Inevitably. Yet, more importantly, the production of melodies, hooks, bridges, and overall tracks seems to flourish in the “City of Angles.” There’s no plan B, only a plan A; create, create, create.

Sir Sly knows a thing or two about having extremely fertile DNA. The Los Angeles-based band remained anonymous until after topping The Hype Machine chart, electing to let their music speak for itself. It was after their release of the track “Ghost” that brought listeners into their musical sphere. With “Ghost” accumulating over 7 million plays and a new record on the way, it’s safe to assume Sir Sly will be mating with music for the foreseeable future.

This Thursday, June 29th, Sir Sly will bring their musical talents to the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. Expect to hear tracks off their debut album, “You Haunt Me” as well as fresh and unperformed songs. Joining them will be local act PAPA.

The concert takes place at the El Rey Theatre on Thursday, June 29th and is presented by Goldenvoice. Doors open at 7:30 PM with the show starting at 8:30 PM. Tickets are $19.99. Purchase tickets by clicking here. OR, try your luck by entering our contest below:
