The Echo got a tangy night of teenage emotion this past Saturday with LA’s own Sleeptalk. The pop-rocking five-piece ended their somewhat short six show tour with us and gave fans a night they wouldn’t forget.
With drummer Tyler Kusnier having his kit pushed towards the far end of the stage, the other four had quite the playground to move around. They brought a strong energy to their set that is always appreciated in a live performance.
Singer and frontman, Anthony Fitzpatrick was not shy and made himself comfortable, christening every part of the stage. Fans sang along to their favorite hits like “Pure” and “Strange Nights”.
Catering to their fans seems like a big passion of the band, as they made a point to interact with practically each and every person in the small room. Their sound seems very versatile as the melodies stand out in some songs while others are scream-alongs.
In support of their self-titled debut record, Sleeptalk came and brought their stuff.
