British rock music always seems a bit rawer and more dedicated than ours here in the U.S. Take for example the band KOYO, who just recently released a new track titled “Circles”. The track is a dominate force not to be reckoned with. Guitar-driven melodies pulsate over a bed of well-designed drums against a throbbing baseline. Vocally, the song has exactly what it needs to be a standout hit. As for the music video, clips showcase a plethora of clips of flowers, society on the move (quite literally), and buildings collapsing. All in all, this track needs to be added to your fall playlist without a second to spare.
Frontman Huw Edwards states: “Circles” is about trying to rescue a relationship and being stuck in a cycle of wanting something to work – but continuously not being able to make it work for reasons almost beyond your control.”
