Chicago’s premier pop-punk export Knuckle Puck have dropped a new music video today. Shot for the new track “Breathe”, the song features Derek Sanders of Mayday Parade.

Filled with classic Knuckle Punk elements and confidence, “Breathe” gives the listener a reason to get out and move about (with a mask on of course). A commanding hook propels this track even further to a point of needing repeat listens.

The music video is creatively done with an onslaught of mirrors reflecting band members, including Mayday Parade’s Derek Sanders.

Watch the music video for “Breathe” below:

Guitarist/vocalist Nick Casasanto states “I find myself dwelling on things when they go wrong,” says Casasanto. “Maybe something happened that was beyond my control or I said something that I later regretted. When these thoughts enter my mind, they takeover and it’s hard to breathe, putting me into an almost dissociative state. It wasn’t until I discovered mindfulness that I started to regain control, telling myself to take a deep breath and purge the negative thoughts.”
