Covered in what seems like a dreamy landscape of clouds and soft rainfall comes the downtempo/minimalistic track “The City Holds My Heart” by Ghostly Kisses. Hailing out of Quebec, the singer and violinist Margaux Sauvé has been creating lofty, succulent tunes for the better part of her life. On the singer’s latest creation, Sauvé elects to begin with a tangible progression on piano, providing the listener with what seems like a lazy river filled with muscle relaxers and soft sunshine. Her voice is reminiscent of Imogen Heap yet has it’s own identity and tone.
