Three Minute Heroes is a brilliant mental health program in the UK that lets young, aspiring artists express their creativity/share their art with the world, with a little help from established musicians along the way. Take the folk-rock masters in Elwhaeko ‘s new tune “Over Think” for example. This track was written by a youngster in the program but given the band’s A+ rock ‘n’ roll execution. The result is an awesome song/video project you should check out ASAP.
