The Chemical Brothers released a trippy new video for their latest single “Got to Keep On.” The clip was directed by auteurs Michel and Olivier Gondry. “Got to Keep On” is the third single from their forthcoming album No Geography, due out on April 12th from Astralwerks.
The video features a tripping-on-acid view of the typical Soul Train dance line where dancers bodies merge and become one. At a certain point all the dancers devolve into a primordial, pulsating white blob before reforming into separate bodies. In typical Gondry fashion, what starts out as a mundane dance video quickly becomes a mind-expanding experience.
The Chemical Brothers will be playing a series of shows in Mexico and California in May. You can catch them at the Shrine Expo Hall here in Los Angeles on May 15th, buy your tickets here. You can also see them at the Greek Theatre on May 16th, buy your tickets here.
