Beartooth Warped Tour

Ohio based hardcore band Beartooth announced an exhaustive headlining tour today. This is just days after news of the album leaked. They also released their first video, “Disease” from their forthcoming album of the same name, due out September 28th.

Frontman Caleb Shomo had this to say about the new album: “The album is a whirlwind of emotion, crazy highs, crazy lows, and lots of intensity. This record isn’t about winning anything. It’s about trying to even begin to learn how to deal with things. It’s hard to process just how dark you can get, what you can really put yourself through with expectations. It’s like starting from the beginning all over again. At the end of the day, it is a very dark album.”

Drew Russ directed the performance video that cuts back and forth from the band performing behind plexiglass dripping with colored liquid and Shomo lying on the floor, spitting blood onto a wall.

Tickets to the tour go on sale this Friday at 10AM. Beartooth will pummel the Belasco Theater here in Los Angeles on October 30th. Get your tickets here.

Don’t forget to order your copy of Disease on vinyl here. There are multiple colorways to choose from including an exclusive marble version and a gold version.

Be sure to listen to track 10, “Infection” here.
