North London’s 6th annual Camden Rocks music festival has finalized it’s lineup today. On June 2nd, over 200 bands will invade with over 1500 musicians performing on multiple stages. The festival is known for sunshine, cold drinks and good times.
In a press release, just announced British indie rock duo Blood Red Shoes said, “We’re excited to play Camden Rocks for the first time and share a stage with the legendary Public Image Limited.”
They will be joining previously announced headliners post-punk pioneers Public Image Limited, British Sea Power, Sikth, Hacktivist, Crazy Town, Echobelly, Danny Goffey, and dancehall deities Pop Will Eat Itself among a host of other acts.
In addition to the main stages, ticket holders have a chance to win a spot in the Dr. Martens Boot Room, which will be hosting intimate 60 person concerts with Mallory Knox and an acoustic set with The Rifles. In the heart of Camden Market, these shows will be like seeing these bands in your living room. To enter the raffle, ticket holders need to sign up here before May 24th.
And if that isn’t enough there is the KOKO aftershow which runs from 11PM-3AM with guest DJ Carl Barat. He is joined by Essex Mod legends Missing Andy and 54 other indie and rock acts playing multiple stages.
Tickets are on sale now. Be sure to grab yours here.
